Pakora is a vegetable fritter originating from India. They are sold by street vendors and served in restaurants in South Asia and UK. They are made with chickpea flour and are completely vegan, gluten-free and healthy. Enjoy this delicious Indian snack with cooling mint raita or spicy ketchup.
Here is a good recipe - Vegetable Pakoras, Minimalist Baker
Pop these buddies in the Airfryer and you have a solid appy. Do not get overwhelmed, it is super simple to make. You mix the chickpea flour, with spices, with water to make a pancake like consistency batter and then add any veggies (not just what is listed in the recipe). I usually add all the veggies in my fridge that need to be eaten. OH, don't forget the fresh ginger!!

I liked how the post shared a healthier baked version of pakoras while still keeping the homemade comfort of the original snack. A few months ago, I started trying simple evening recipes during exam season, and I relied on algebra assignment help in uk when my math workload became difficult to manage. The recipe sounded easy but flavorful, and it reminded me that cooking at home can be both relaxing and rewarding after a stressful day.
