SHE Board is a personal board of directors matching service. We match you with 4-5 other badass women (peers) to act as each other's sounding board in life, business, career, and manifestations. We meet on the 1st of every month for 1 hour.

SHE Board hand selects each board of women to help each other solve problems, bounce ideas around, and find solutions without judgment.

WHAT DOES SHE BOARD DO FOR ME?

When you join, SHE Board connects you female peers who can act as your sounding board for business, career, life, and more.

We provide a platform for monthly meetings. Also, a few insights and nuggets to think about.

WHO IS IT FOR?

In my career, business, and life I’ve had the questions:

I have debt, how do I get out of it?
Why is going on with the stock exchange?
Should I rent or buy?
Botox, yay or nay?
Do I need an accountant? Who?
I bought these glasses online and I hate them, do I hate them?
How do my work benefits work?
Do I exchange money at the bank or exchange place?
I want to travel to Thailand, is it safe?.

WHO IS IT FOR?

Everyone.

WHAT I PROVIDE

1 hour a month meeting.

A confidential, non judgmental space.

Careful creation of each BOD (Board of Directors).

A platform for meetings.

WHAT IS EXPECTED

Commitment - 1 hour a month. On the 1st of each month.

Dedication - Compound effect, the more you commit the more you will get in return

Administration Payment: $25/meeting

Your personal board of directors exists to act as a sounding board, to advise you and to provide you with feedback on your life decisions, opportunities and challenges. They provide you with unfiltered feedback that you can’t necessarily get from colleagues or friends. A personal board of directors doesn’t necessarily meet as a whole, and it’s your choice as to whether you formally identify individuals as a member of your PBOD.

WHAT IT DOES NOT INVOLVE

I am keeping it KISS. Keep it simple stupid.

It is not a networking event. You may make friends or share business tips but it is not designed to generate leads.

There will be no social media. There will be no Facebook group, WhatsApp Group, etc. There will be an email with the information and link to each call.

WHERE IS IT?

It will be held on Zoom.

If you are in Victoria, BC, I will offer a setting for the meeting.
